  • I started attending weekday Mass here. I was not only welcomed, but, thanked for attending. It was a little strange Fri. It was the first day of school and the children were in attendance. I was late so I sat behind the alter. At the end of the service the entire congregation turned and were staring at me. It wasn't till I noticed that above me was a crucifix. That's when I concluded that I wasn't so significant. I intend to attend service Mon.-Wed & Fri. Sunday, well, I'll have to see. Thanks to the rosary-crew who welcomed me.

  • The interior of this old church underwent major renovations which were completed in 2009, and the interior looks remarkably different from before. The pews are now arranged in a herring-bone fashion, the altar having been relocated from the back of the church to about 1/3 of the way towards the front. So in addition to two main rows of pews arranged diagonally, there are now two sections of pews flanking the altar from behind so to speak. The new layout lends to the feeling of a spacious and relaxed ambiance, diminishing that claustrophobic sensation with more typical with the traditional layout. At considerable expense, the state-of-the-art sound system does a great job amplifying without distortion, echo and feedback. There are four digital projectors suspended from the exposed roof trusses, used mainly to display song lyrics during mass and services. The church is located in a residential neighborhood within walking distance to the Concord town-square aptly named Todos Santos which means "All Saints" in Spanish/Portuguese. The church welcomes catholics and non-catholics alike, and mass is open to any and all. Catholics consider this their spiritual home and holy place of prayer, and ask that visitors show respect and refrain from disruption as they would do as invited guests into someone's home.

  • I always enjoy trying new things and seeing new places as I travel and Catholic churches are no exception. I like the character of this classical church. Reminds me of the churches I grew up going too. Not a super high energy loud music church but I always felt the Bible and the religion is more than capable of standing on it's own without the need to make a big production with full on entertainment and big screens but I guess I am old school. It is a truly beautiful church and we go here when ever we are in the area.
